General Policy

• Table Holding Time
Ngon Pho Da will hold your table for up to 15 minutes beyond your reservation time. After this period, if we have not received any notice regarding a delay or change, we may release the table to accommodate other guests.
• Seating Requests
We always strive to accommodate your preferred seating arrangement. However, during peak hours, table allocation may be adjusted based on the restaurant’s actual availability.
• Special Requests
To ensure a safe and enjoyable dining experience, please inform us of any food allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation. Our kitchen team will take special care in preparing suitable dishes for you.
• Deposit Policy
For pre-ordered menus or group events, a 50% deposit of the total order value is required. This allows us to source the freshest ingredients and arrange dedicated service for your event. The deposit amount will be deducted directly from your final bill.

• Reservation Cancellation
If your plans change, please notify us at least 30 minutes before your reservation time so we can make the necessary arrangements.
• For Reservations with Deposits
(Applicable to group events or customized decoration packages)
Deposits will be refunded or retained as credit if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event, the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the extent of preparations already completed by our kitchen and decoration teams.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
• 17:00 – 21:00 Daily: Traditional Mì Quảng Cart – Experience live handcrafted noodle-making, cooking, and savoring piping hot Mì Quảng right on the spot. Location: Welcome Lobby
• 19:00 – 20:00 Daily: Traditional Vietnamese Attire Performance. Location: 1st Floor
• 19:00 – 20:00 Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday: Themed Cultural Shows. Location: 1st Floor
– Tuesday: Mystical Imperial Court
– Thursday: Champa Night
– Sunday: Whale Festival

• Outside Food & Beverages
To ensure food safety standards and maintain the quality of our dining experience, guests are kindly requested not to bring outside food or beverages into the restaurant. In special circumstances, a service fee or corkage fee may apply.
• Pets:We love animals; however, to ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
